The Transform Community Experience
VCU Transform students are a part of a supportive and inclusive community that enhances their living-learning experience. Transform students will experience apartment-style living in the West Grace North residence hall for the duration of the program. Housing in the West Grace North residence hall in an apartment is guaranteed for all VCU Transform students.
Amenities
The West Grace North residence hall, located at 830 West Grace Street, is an all-inclusive living-learning environment, featuring classroom, meeting and recreation space. The apartments are offered on a 12-month contract with exceptional amenities, including:

- 4 person apartments with double bedrooms
- Full kitchen, laundry, bathroom in every unit
