Marci is the Assistant Director of Student Leadership working to provide leadership education to all members of the VCU community. Marci is all about building strong connections on campus and helping students unlock their leadership potential, turning their skills into real-life wins.

A Richmond native and first generation college student, Marci earned her BA in Communication Studies from Longwood University and received her MA in Student Affairs Administration from Appalachian State University.
